Primary person.
The person who will manage the account and receive receipts.

Who is coming?
Add every child you want to enroll. Allergies and medical notes travel with them onto every roster.
Add as many as you need. The second and third pay half the initiation fee.
Choose a plan, day & time.
Your plan, day, and time are fixed for the program year. Any changes must be arranged directly with the studio and are subject to availability.
One-time registration fee: $130 for first child · 50% off for siblings.
Required. Classes are assigned by age group, so we place your child in the right room.
Same total, different shape to your week. Most families with two 1-hour classes pick Monday and Wednesday.
Safety, then the paperwork
Please read our policies carefully. Agreement to these policies is required to complete your enrollment.
Authorized to pick up the student on your behalf. Only individuals listed on this form will be permitted to pick up the student.
By checking each box, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the listed policies. Your selection serves as your electronic signature. A copy of the completed policies will be sent to you for your records.
Review and submit
After submitting, you will receive an email with a secure payment link. Your child’s registration and schedule are confirmed once payment has been received.
